special occasions
to create pieces together that celebrate life
At Green Eyes, we believe that connection and care are essential for healthy communities. Mutual support and art making are beautiful ways to honor the joy and grief life brings, wrap a loved one in support, take a momentary pause for a life transition, or just have fun together.
During these events, Kelly will guide your group through creating a naturally-dyed piece. This can be done together through a larger piece, such as a large scarf, baby blanket, or throw to be gifted to a loved one as a symbol of care. Or we can each make pieces individually, such as onesies, silk scarves, or bandanas, to experience learning this craft with friends or family.
Each event will be tailored to your needs and vision, whether it be to celebrate a birthday, honor a new mother, enjoy a special time with friends or co-workers, show support for someone in need, or anything in between. These types of events are perfect for trips with friends, corporate retreats or staff meetings, baby showers, or bachelorette parties.
Prices will depend on the pieces being created and how many people will be involved. For more information, please get in touch. I would love to help recognize important moments in life with a one-of-a-kind naturally dyed piece to be shared.
Interested in working together? Fill out some info, and we will be in touch shortly to discuss options for your special occasion. We can’t wait to hear from you!

“Kelly was incredibly well prepared, knowledgeable, and such a wonderful teacher. The entire experience felt magical—especially the moment when the scarves were steamed and we unraveled them. Every single person ended up with a gorgeous scarf because Kelly guided us so thoughtfully through each step. I truly loved the experience.”

Kelly Pierson is a gifted teacher. Her explanation of the dyeing process and all the botanicals she brought for us to experiment with, made the class something special. The natural dye class was not only educational but a whole lot of fun. Taking home a unique and beautiful scarf was the highlight!”
